Mesmo com algumas doses de drama e até vaias no fim, o Vasco honrou seu apelido de “time da virada”. No dia em que fez reverências ao seu icônico cartola Eurico Miranda, o Cruz-Maltino largou bem na terceira fase da Copa do Brasil ao derrotar o Avaí por 3 a 2 em São Januário nesta quinta-feira. Danilo Barcelos, Rossi e Thiago Galhardo marcaram para a equipe da Colina, enquanto Pedro Castro e André Moritz fizeram os gols do time catarinense.

Com o resultado, o Vasco joga pelo empate na partida de volta, na Ressacada. Já o Avaí precisa de triunfos por dois ou mais gols para se classificar diretamente. Vitórias do time catarinense por um de diferença levam a decisão da vaga para os pênaltis.

Apagão aéreo
Dominando as ações, o Vasco recorria a jogadas de bola aérea para tentar o rumo da vitória. Porém, à exceção de sobra de escanteio na qual Danilo Barcelos finalizou para fora, Maxi López era pouco acionado. Para completar, o Cruz-Maltino provou do seu próprio veneno. Perigoso nos contra-ataques (em especial pela esquerda), o Avaí deu o ar de sua graça. Após lançamento, Fernando Miguel saiu mal no gol e Getúlio cabeceou na trave. Pedro Castro aproveitou que a zaga estava cambaleante e teve calma para estufar a rede.

“Ei, Vasco, vamos jogar…”
Enquanto o Vasco ouvia os primeiros protestos em São Januário, o Avaí passeava em meio à defesa vascaína. João Paulo arriscou duas vezes e obrigou Fernando Miguel a encaixar.

Impondo respeito
Aos poucos, a equipe de Alberto Valentim foi se encontrando em campo. Após receber passe de Maxi López, Yago Pikachu finalizou no ângulo e a bola carimbou o travessão. Lucas Mineiro obrigou Glédson a se desdobrar para defender. Mas Danilo Barcelos, por linhas tortas, marcou: o camisa 14 cobrou falta, a bola desviou em Matheus Barbosa e enganou Glédson.

Do banco para a fuzarca!
O time do técnico Alberto Valentim voltou do intervalo lançando-se à frente, com uma formação mais ofensiva: Bruno César e Rossi entraram nos lugares de Raul e Marrony, respectivamente. Impetuoso, o Cruz-Maltino rondou a área e não demorou a encontrar a virada. Danilo Barcelos alçou para a área e Rossi foi mais uma vez decisivo, ao cabecear e comemorar imitando um búfalo (seu apelido).

Na pressão até o gol
Embalada pela virada, a equipe da Colina manteve sua intensidade ofensiva. Após falta alçada por Bruno César, Lucas Mineiro cabeceou e a bola parou em Glédson. Em seguida, Pikachu finalizou e a bola explodiu na zaga. O terceiro gol não demoraria a chegar: Bruno César bateu escanteio, Thiago Galhardo desviou no primeiro pau e viu sua chance parar na trave. Mas a bola voltou no camisa 8, que teve calma para definir.

Todo sentimento
​Mas o jogo que parecia controlado ganhou contornos dramáticos. Aos poucos, o Vasco foi afrouxando sua marcação e deu margem para o Avaí arriscar em chances de longa distância. Até diminuir o placar com André Moritz, que saiu do banco. O volante tabelou com João Paulo e estufou a rede. O relaxamento rendeu gritos de “burro” para Alberto Valentim, que lançara Andrey no lugar de Thiago Galhardo. Ao final, São Januário foi dividido entre aplausos da torcida ao time e ofensas ao treinador vascaíno. Um panorama semelhante do que era Eurico Miranda, cartola que moveu paixões de cruz-maltinos.

But even as he finally fell with 32 deliveries still left in the India A innings, Dhawan could not help but realise he could have become the first man in the world to make a triple in the format.”I was aware of the record and it felt really special to score these runs,” Dhawan told . “When I got out in the 44th over it occurred to me that if I had batted till the end I had a chance to score a triple hundred. I am happy with what I scored though.”The way Dhawan went on and on, the India A coach Lalchand Rajput thought the triple was within sight. “Shikhar batted exceptionally well,” Rajput told ESPNcricinfo. “I haven’t seen a better innings in one-day cricket than this one. The way he batted today, I thought he would get 300. They were clean hits, all proper cricketing shots. He pulled, he cut, he drove. He played all shots today and it was a real treat to watch.”While Dhawan was pleased to be mentioned alongside Tendulkar and Sehwag, he was quick to dismiss comparisons between the knocks. “It did cross my mind that I joined Sachin and Viru in scoring a double-century in a one-day game,” Dhawan said. “However, those were two of the greatest innings in cricket history and they came at the international level. So, they are much bigger than my innings.”I’ve always loved watching them bat. But I love my batting as well. So, it’s difficult for me to pick one favourite knock of the three. Dhawan had made 85 in that game and said he wanted to make a larger score today.”I had scored 85 in the previous match and I wanted to score a big hundred for the team because our batsmen were all getting out in the 80s and 90s,” Dhawan said. “A big century was necessary for giving a good total to the team. Once I crossed 100, I was in a different flow. I thought I made a smart choice of shots and things went my way.”I especially enjoyed it as it came against a South African side in their own backyard. They are very tough to play at home and they play good quality cricket.”

ومن المقرر أن ينتهي العقد الحالي لـ ديمبلي مع برشلونة في 30 يونيو 2024، ويمتلك بندًا يتيح له الرحيل مقابل 50 مليون يورو فقط.

وقال لابورتا في حواره مع صحيفة “موندو ديبورتيفو” الإسبانية: “ديمبلي لاعب محبوب للغاية من قِبل المدرب والجهاز الفني وأنا، أنا معجب جدًا به، لديه بعض الممثلين الذين يصعب التعامل معهم خلال المفاوضات”.

وعن مستقبل لاعب برشلونة أنسو فاتي، قال: “هو معنا ويريد أن ينجحح في الفريق، لديه موهبة، أخبرني تشافي أن ليفاندوفسكي وأنسو هما اللذان يسجلان أكبر عدد من الأهداف في التدريبات”.

واستمر: “لقد كان يعاني من انتكاسة تتعلق بالإصابة، مثلما قال مدرب منتخب إسبانيا، ولكن بالنسبة لمستقبله فهو يريد النجاح مع برشلونة، تشافي مصمم على منحه الفرص”.

O presidente do Corinthians, Andrés Sanchez, deve ter alta nos próximos dias. Ele está internado no Hospital São Luiz desde quarta-feira por conta de uma encefalite viral, doença que compromete o funcionamento do sistema nervoso vital.

– Foi sério o que ele teve, não é nada simples. Mas graças a Deus está muito bem já, e mais um ou dois dias ele deve sair do hospital – afirmou o diretor de futebol do Corinthians, Duílio Monteiro Alves, que visitou Andrés no último sábado.

– Estávamos nos falando diariamente, fui ao hospital ontem à noite assim que eu cheguei de viagem (da Espanha, onde negociou com o Sevilla por Guilherme Arana). Ele está bem melhor. Em mais alguns dias ele estará em casa e aqui com a gente – disse.

Andrés está sob os cuidados da equipe de infectologia do hospital e do doutor Jorge Kalil, que também é diretor adjunto de futebol do clube. Na última sexta-feira, Kalil já havia falado que Andrés tem “sinais vitais dentro dos padrões de normalidade, a infecção está em regressão e os exames laboratoriais demonstram melhora clínica”.

A first Championship win since April and a couple of Friends Life t20 successes and Warwickshire’s dismal season suddenly appeared to be looking up. Then came another in a succession of injuries that have blighted their defence of the title they claimed so emphatically in 2012. Chris Wright is the latest victim in this run of poor luck after a scan revealed that a stress fracture lay behind the back troubled that flared up at Uxbridge last week.Conditioned in the modern way to accentuate the positives, Warwickshire are not inclined to make injuries an excuse. It was the Ashley Giles way and his successor, Dougie Brown, is of a similar mind. Yet there has not been a match, it seems, without two or three of last year’s side missing, sometimes more. Inevitably, there are consequences in faltering form.Only two of the team selected for this match have played in every Championship round; some, such as Keith Barker and Ian Westwood, have missed half or near enough. In addition to Wright, captain Jim Troughton is also absent with back trouble. Oliver Hannon-Dalby, signed in part as cover for injuries, is himself sidelined, also with a stress fracture. At least Laurie Evans has recovered from the broken hand inflicted by a ball from England’s Steven Finn in May.As if to prove it, Evans, the 25-year-old former Surrey batsman, has set himself up to achieve the target he had set himself for when Finn interrupted his progress, namely to complete his first Championship century. He was 15 runs away at the close of the opening day.It was hard work at times, the result of a sluggish pitch and an appetite for work among the Nottinghamshire bowlers in spite of the building heat. You would expect it of Harry Gurney and Ajmal Shahzad, lithe young men both; less so, perhaps, of the more heavily burdened Luke Fletcher and the creaky Andre Adams. Yet all of them bowled a testing line and length and, for the most part, kept it up.But Evans maintained his concentration well and picked his moments for some nicely executed shots on both sides of the wicket, picking up a dozen boundaries. “It was attritional cricket and they bowled well and I played probably the worst I have played at the beginning of an innings all year but it was a matter of hanging tough and getting through it and I played a lot more fluently later,” he said. “I like to be attacking and I’ve got out in the past by trying to dominate at the wrong times and going at balls I shouldn’t be so I was pleased to come through the difficult periods.”Evans anchored at least a partial recovery by Warwickshire, who lost Varun Chopra to a gloved catch to second slip early and then saw William Porterfield leave a ball from Adams that clipped his off stump. Westwood rode his luck somewhat, surviving dropped catches on 32 and 50 before clipping a ball from Samit Patel straight to mid-on for 67.Tim Ambrose, who took it upon himself to up the pace of scoring after lunch, raced to 39 off 43 balls before brushing a leg-side delivery from Adams to be caught behind, but when Patel’s left-arm spin bowled Chris Woakes and Rikki Clarke fell to a stunning catch by James Taylor at midwicket Warwickshire felt danger welling up again at 213 for 6.Adams, who is 38 on Wednesday, finished the day on 3 for 49 from 24 overs, again underlining his durability. Adams is a strong man yet fragile in the sense that he needs to care for himself assiduously lest something goes badly wrong and ends his career. His skills with the ball, though, seem never to diminish.He willingly passes them on, too, frequently accompanying a younger bowling team-mate back to his mark, offering a word of encouragement or advice. He seems to have taken Shahzad under his wing in particular as Nottinghamshire try to mould the former Yorkshire quick into a bowler with more than simply pace and menace to his game.The improvement is coming, too. Adams apart, no one troubled the batsmen more and it was he who was left fuming when Westwood had his moments of luck as Patel and then Alex Hales failed to do their duty in the slips. Nought for 49 did not do him justice.

Expectativas altas dentro e fora do campo. O centroavante Maxi López, que tem contrato até o final deste ano com o Vasco, segue em negociação para estender o vínculo. O último encontro, na noite desta segunda-feira, porém, não gerou avanço entre o argentino e seus representantes e o Cruz-Maltino.

O LANCE! apurou que, após o encontro mais recente, ainda há uma distância relevante entre o salário almejado pelo atleta e o que o clube pretende pagar. Por outro lado, não há tanta pressa para resolução do imbróglio, visto que a relação entre as partes vem sendo boa.

ENCAMINHADO

O Cruzeiro negocia para contar com Everaldo, do Fluminense. O atleta está emprestado ao Tricolor, mas os direitos estão vinculados ao Velo Clube, de São Paulo. É esta brecha que o clube mineiro explora para contar o atacante e, se depender do empresário Nelsinho Batista, está próximo de ser concluído. Em entrevista ao “Arena 98”, o representante do atleta falou sobre a negociação.

Everaldo tem contrato com o Fluminense até o dia 17 de maio deste ano, e o Tricolor tem preferência na compra do atacante. Caso o clube carioca queira manter o atacante, terá que exercer o valor pedido pelos 50% do passe do atleta, que está fixado em R$ 2 milhões. O empresário diz que o clube carioca é quem irá decidir o molde da negociação.

MINA EM BAIXA NA INGLATERRA

A carreira de Yerry Mina voltou a ganhar mais um capítulo obscuro no futebol europeu. Fora dos gramados desde o fim de janeiro, o zagueiro colombiano se recupera de mais uma lesão muscular e não tem previsão de volta.

A imprensa inglesa especula que Mina está totalmente recuperado, mas assim como aconteceu na época de Barcelona, o defensor não conta com a simpatia do treinador do Everton. Contratado no começo da temporada, o colombiano passou mais tempo no departamento médico do que dentro de campo. A prova disso se reflete nos números já que ele disputou apenas 12 jogos.

NA BERLINDA?

No clube desde setembro de 2018, Ricardo Gomes será demitido pelo Bordeaux, de acordo com as informações publicadas pelo jornal francês ‘L’Equipe’. Segundo o diário, os motivos da saída do brasileiro do cargo de gerente geral do clube ainda não foram revelados.

Ricardo Gomes chegou ao Bordeaux em 2018 para ser o técnico da equipe, no lugar de Gustavo Poyet, mas sem os cursos necessários pela Uefa para poder exercer a profissão, o brasileiro foi alçado ao cargo de gerente geral do clube com um contrato até junho de 2019, dando lugar a Eric Bédouet para a vaga de treinador.

PRÓXIMA PARADA

De acordo com o periódico português “Record”, o goleiro inglês Joe Hart pode atuar na Major League Soccer (MLS). Nesse momento, ainda não se sabe ao certo qual seria a equipe mais próxima de adquirir os direitos do jogador de 31 anos, revelado pelo Shrewsbury Town. Atualmente, ele defende o Burnley.

Se antes da chegada Pep Guardiola no Manchester City, o arqueiro gozava da titularidade no clube, depois disso ele passou por várias equipes e não conseguir se firmar.

PROCURA DO FLUMINENSE

Desempregado desde que deixou o comando do Corinthians, Jair Ventura revelou que teve conversas com a diretoria do Fluminense no início de 2019. As conversas, porém, não foram adiante. Em entrevista ao LANCE!, o treinador falou sobre a sondagem.

– Foi um namoro. A gente conversou, mas não teve convite oficial. Seria um prazer trabalhar num gigante não só do futebol carioca, mas mundial. Quem sabe em breve. Hoje, o clube está bem servido com um treinador (Fernando Diniz) e com um futebol muito bacana, que todo mundo gosta de ver, admira. Para o jogo do fim de semana, ele não terá o volante Edenílson, suspenso por conta do cartão vermelho diante do Caxias e o atacante Nico López, punido pelo TJD-RS devido a confusão no clássico contra o Juventude.

No meio campo, Odair pode colocar Rodrigo Lindoso ou Patrick, que perdeu a vaga no time titular. Outra opção é Nonato, que atuou no último fim de semana. Por fim, ele pode manter o volante e deixar o time mais criativo com a entrada de D’Alessandro.

With coach Cook still in a critical condition following his heart attack on Thursday, his team romped to their fourth successive win in the competition with 2.4 overs to spare.Despite conceding 93 off the last 10 overs, Durham restricted the holders to224 for 9 and lost acting captain Mark Stoneman in the first over of theirreply.A brief shower with the score on 55 for 1 in the 13th over reduced the targetto 218 in 38 overs and, by the time Phil Mustard and Scott Borthwick had put on164 for the second wicket, victory was a formality.Mustard was dropped on 11 at slip by Sean Ervine off Pakistani left-arm pacemanSohail Tanvir and Borthwick survived a return chance to James Vince on 12.
